The Asus P8P67 Pro is an awesome OC board, socket LGA 1155. Very nice matchup for a 2500k.

The best bang for the buck is the Asus K53TA at BestBuy for $449.99, but it's a 15" screen.

Probably want to keep it facing up then, as you won't get a lot of airflow. You could possibly put some washers on the case feet to boost the height enough to vent the PSU from the bottom.
