I ran my memtest cd to check for some bad sectors on my ram and it won't even load. Is this program compatible with windows 8?? Or should I just re-burn the cd or make a bootable flash?

My ideal build would be mini-ITX with a soundcard + Full size GPU...but not sure if these would ever come out.
