I've sold several phones on craigslist. You'll get more there than through the online sites. Just pick a public space to do the swap and you should be fine. Check some of the local listings to get a sense of where prices are at.
For those thinking of selling 680s just sold my lightning for 435 today on eBay. Still some time to sell.

I like the ROG boards. Living close to a microcenter I can usually find one cheap. If I end up going with a Haswell build I'll likely wait until one of these goes on sale there.
If you're thinking of buying now I'd hold off for about 10 days until the 780s are released. Newegg or Amazon will list all of the Titans. They're all based off the same reference design so there's really no difference. Just depends...

I've got an unopened Titan that will be returned for 2 780s if this price is true.
Only place that has even half of the fittings I need is PPCs, but I'm really trying to avoid buying anything from there. FCP, Sidewinders, and Jab-tech seem to be low on fittings, or at least the ones I'm looking for. Any other places...
