I second the IceQ card for all around usage and gaming, mine does 1200mhz core with 1.225v and 1700mhz mem with 1.65v stable for gaming and data crunching. Only other card I'd get today would be the Msi Twin Frozr 7950 or 7970 really....

I liked the p67 big bang marshal...may snag one used some day to play with it for crunching with multi AMD gpus. Only thing is the spacing, might need pci-e riser cable for the tightly packed pci-e slots.

590 sounds good...I'd stick to that and wc it. As for cpu, I think a good option would be a 3570k, paired with an Mpower board.
