Keep and eye on your DRAM voltage and frequency. As you increase the bus speed, the RAM is overclocked with the processor as well. Reduce the memory frequency, reach your stable CPU overclock and slowly up the RAM following that.

A word of advice to the OP, the G46 isn't ideally capable of handling a Thuban without a risk of frying the VRMs (unless you're on stock).
