When something launches in Europe we pay VAT 20-25% on it. So it wont be cheaper here than in the US.

I like that Dota 2 is slower than HoN, in teamfights in HoN I would just end up using all my spells and A clicking, and hoping for the best... Was way too fast for my taste.

The only thing it does, is making the mod install-able through steam. It will have no effect on hacking.

Yes, having the 4th card on the side, means you can dedicate it for things like PhysX. You will just have 3 cards connected with an SLI bridge, and the forth will be 'alone'.
