What drivers are you using? And what version of windows? I am staring to think it's a windows software problem.

Did you connect the pci-e power cables to the card( If has connections)?
I like the sleekness of the first one,but I don't see an alarm clock on it.The second one looks too bulky and I don't see an alarm clock either. The one you picked out are more shelf systems. Are you looking for more side of the bed...
Try reseating the card in the slot,it might not be inserted all of the way.
It sounds like the onboard graphics port is dead. I would suggest either keeping the 560 or get a smaller card.
