Download the installer from rockbox's website and follow the instructions. You'll probably have to download the firmware for it from Sansa's website- Rockbox needs it for something.
You will not be disappointed. Sansa knows how to design audio player hardware, and the rockbox guys know how to design the software!
I use a fuze, which is larger and has a color screen. My sister uses a Clip+ and loooooves it.
You could get an inline headphone volume control for the headphones, and adjust it out to level between the speakers and headphones.
This is probably your best bet, because you can use it as a safety valve for pretty much any audio...
Jukebox? What's that? Rockbox will most likely support a 64gig SD card... IF you reformat it fat32. The stock exfat format on the card won't cut it.
In fact, don't be surprised if the stock firmware works with a 64gig card if you...
The water doesn't act like a lubricant on the ceramic hemisphere- it acts as the bearing surface itself. The two halves don't touch in operation, but instead "Float" on a thin film of water.
That's why the pump can't be run dry....

You shouldn't, unless you have a really crap pump. Computer water pumps, like the MCP-350, have no bearings or any sort...
Man, if I was a developer, and this was true, I'd be pissed.
I mean, to go "here's your SDK, target this machine with these performance metrics" and then, 8 months later, when the console is out and your porting is probably half done,...
Well, remember that the efficiency of the power supply isn't factored into its rating- a 400W, 80% efficient power supply will still supply 400W. I doubt the heat matters much.
I obviously don't know the specifics of the power supplies...
