Yep zip ties are for the kinking with the tight bend out of the pump. I never knew about the whole heating and cooling thing, Ill look into it. I wonder if it will hold its shape because I have to heat it up again to get it over the barb...

Got my HTC One today, actually about 3 hours ago. So I cant comment on battery life or charging yet. What I will say though is this thing feels amazing in my hand like iPhone level of amazing. Its solid and the edges are crisp and clean....
