Windows 7 because gaming. Otherwise I would probably use Ubuntu or some similar distro

Looks good to me. You may want to change the CPU cooler to something like this. But what on earth is that USB thing? More ports? Why do you need so many? Edit. Also... maybe the info is out there somewhere but I wonder if that case...

Why would you want that GPU? Even the CPU's graphics chip is better so just use that.

No. I think that motherboard is not compatible with the CPU you have chosen. Your motherboard is H55 (LGA 1156), you will need an LGA 1155 socket motherboard (H67 or Z68 motherboard).
