you have mentioned you have reinstalled windows and installed the latest ATI drivers, if thats so, i would start by trying to replace the graphics card and seeing if you still encounter the same issue.

Okay guys. i am finally able to reply to this thread, i am on a 10-day road trip with my family and couldnt find the time to reply to some of you guys's posts.
so i have played crysis 3 running on 1080p maxed out with FXAA / no AA...
