Titan is definitely nvidias flagship card, it has the name, price and marketing of a flagship product. Should it be "compared" to a 7990 though, no, it's in a different class of product with the 690.

does it do this on any other games or just WoW?

fairly sure its not bottlenecking, has to be a problem with drivers or bad card maybe?

Have both perfect setup, 1090t at 3.8ghz and my 7950 at 1100/1575. Although when I pick up my 2nd 7950 I will probably go up to a 8350 just in case.

Can't wait for steamroller so I can finally upgrade good or bad. I hope its going to be as good as they are predicting, but after the last few big release I'm not holding my breath.
