The point you are missing is that while the data shows frametime discrepencies most users will never notice making this an issue for almost no one. How this isn't clear to you I have no idea.

NPD numbers are out for December. They don't release hardware numbers but they always leak on Neogaf. 360 1.4 million PS3 625k US only.
