What CPU are you using? Some CPUs don't have iGPU capability.
Under "Peripherals" in the BIOS, make sure that "IGFX" is the priority display under "Init Display First" and "Internal Graphics" is enabled.
My little brother has an old OEM eMachines PC that has a Celeron 420 in it (model: T3638) running at 1.6 GHz, which can barely get around flash games/multiple Google Chrome tabs. Any kind of boost to his computer would be a wonderful...
