That's what I'm getting with mine at +100/+250. Not going to go higher as this seems to be pretty stable and I'm at 80C on my top 2 cards.
I've upgraded from 580s 3GB to 680s and don't regret it. Even at 5760x1080 I get better fps. If you are concerned about 3gb vs 2gb, don't worry. Take a look at hardocp. It shows same/better performance for 680 vs 7970 at all...
