The points are so fluid that i dont think there is really any absolute norm.This happens from time to time as certain projects finish up and new ones come out of beta. Just hope that they have a ton of these new ones

from my experience yes. However the point loss is not very big at all maybe a thousand or two. If thats your only open slot it is better then nothing
