Hey everyone, sorry to keep you all waiting in the dark for so long ( if anyone cares), it seems i have fixed my problem, it was my "leet cable management" the 4pin connector that feeds power to the cpu was a bit tense and it kinda wasnt...

I don't feel like replacing stuff that works, this just doesn't seem to be right, if the psu was broken wouldn't it give me more problems than just giving the card a hard time while booting?

Rats..., I looked for the psu, no luck guess i got rid of it. I tried some overclocking last night... got to 2.8ghz @ 3.8vcore voltage... thats alot of voltage since before this happened i could go 3ghz with 3.25v. But even with this...
