Adding an extra reservoir will just increase the time needed for your water temp to reach an equilibrium. Other than aesthetic reasons there isn't much need for a secondary reservoir in a loop.
Well, it mentions that if sold without the pump, you can add a MCP350, 355, 35B, or 35X later. I'd imagine that you can remove the pump that comes with it. Hopefully someone with experience with this radiator sees this thread and chimes...
