Can't believe some people still don't see the evil of loot boxes and how these AAA companies are trying to capitalize on people with addictive personalities. AAA game companies are now using all the same techniques to get people hooked that casinos used for decades. Mobile games and now console/pc games are exposing kids and young people to gambling and making it "cool". They have entire Youtube channels now dedicated to opening of loot crates and displays of joy when...
Not sure, I'm a bit confused as to what devs are doing with Nvidia GPUs in this game. It's like their QA department only got Nvidia test rigs after the game launched

I'm not sure about that. I tested this alot with Forza Horizon 3 30FPS cap on PC = big input lag playing with controller. On Xbox One game runs at 30FPS but input feels like 60FPS input on PC. It's like they run Xbox game at 30fps but actual input at 60FPS (16ms). I don't know if this is even possible but that's how it feels.
I wasn't talking about frame pacing or framerate in Destiny 2, but mouse movement feeling weird and jittery. 30FPS on PC isn't the same as 30fps on consoles. For some reason PC can never do proper 30 FPS like consoles, there's always huge amount of input lag when you cap FPS in games to 30, it doesn't happen on consoles. That's why common misconception among PC players who think that on consoles there's always big input lag, but there isn't. Digital Foundry talked about...
So you haven't actually played any of the games I talked about and you disregard my first hand experience like it's nothing to push your pro PC agenda. I don't have to prove you anything, I'm just writing about MY experiences as someone who owns all gaming platforms for decades and am painfully aware of advantages and disadvantages of each system. At least I can view this from a more neutral perspective, unlike most PC purists who just shout and scream how PC is da best...
You missed the point of my post, most multiplatform games have smoother launches and fewer bugs on consoles than they do on PC. It's evident when you try to compare each game on PC vs Console and not just go for generalizations. If you go by metascore then you'll see that PC versions of same games most of the time have lower metascore due to issues reviewer experience and such.Skyrim PS3 is just extreme example and not a rule, also pretty evident that just proves my point,...
As someone who owns a powerful gaming PC and all consoles I can say that you are wrong. Technically there can be issues on consoles, but they are so few and far between that it's not even remotely comparable to PC. Unless you only play Blizzard games or Dota2, being a PC gamer often feels like you are being treated as second class citizen. On launch day console versions of games are almost always more polished and less riddled with bugs.Few examples of recent games I...
Has there been any information that later shipments of 1080Tis come with inferior quality memory? I bought my STRIX 1080Ti a month ago and can barely do +300 on memory before it craps out. Everyone who go their cards on release seem to be easily hitting +500 or even +600. I wonder if cryptocurency craze played a part in newer 1080Tis having worse quality components. This is all speculation on my part, but I think there might be some truth to it.
Pretty sure I saw it in my Steam library an hour ago, but maybe you know better. I also have a 1080Ti which can run this pretty well, yet I'm not in denial that most common GPU on Steam is GTX970 and GTX1060 and people are having all sorts of problems. As always OCN is living in their bubble thinking everyone has 1080Tis, Vega 64s and 8700Ks. "Runs well for me means it's running well for everyone else" mentality
