In my opinion, just bump all the voltages to the max:
+93 mV core.
+100 mV memory.
+50 mV aux.
Power Limit to 300%.
This has got me 195 MHz on the core and 500 on the memory. Try it and see what happens.
Go to the Lightning Owners Club here on OCN. There is a guide on which BIOS version to use. My Lightning came with the original LN2 BIOS which does 300 on power limit and 93 mV on the core. Not to mention all the other voltages.
It is not like you will be able to run super high memory frequencies on an Ivy anyway. 4,5 Ghz is just fine. A few hundred MHz more will not land you an incredibly higher score. I believe it will work out just fine once you put some...
