This was a very informative read. Thanks! I was originally planning on getting the Heatkiller 7970 block as well but since it is OOS everywhere I might switch to the EK acrylic+copper block since I plan on getting another 7950 later...

I am looking to add a gpu block and another 240mm radiator to my loop. Is 1 bottle of HydrX PM2 enough? Or will I need 2? And will I need to use a kill coil or PTnuke with the HydrX PM2? Thanks in advance.

Looks like Fractal Design is ignoring all questions regarding when other vendors (like Amazon & Newegg) will carry the Arc Midi R2. No replies on facebook, twitter, and email... I hope their customer service isn't normally this bad.

Any ideas when Amazon or Newegg will start selling them? I really don't want to buy it from NCIX, but I'm getting desperate.

Just installed it. Happy with my purchase.

Got mine in today. Came with original package and accessories. Box came in good condition and SSD itself looks like new. No marks or anything on it.
