These are not monster fans, XSPC fans by Xinruilian - RDL 1225S 1650 rpm version. Only flows 65 cfm with about 2 mm of pressure but nice and quiet, you can get them for about 8 bucks I think. There is a review on them in the air cooling...

Ha ! Ha ! Those fans in my basement are all 92's ! Bought a case of them last year for next to nothing and have a chance to use some now. Case tomorrow is 120's for the rads of course.

Excellent rads with a low fin count for use with lower speed fans to provide quieter cooling. Sometimes known as Monsta rads depending on the model !
Yes, it is a good start at protecting the board itself, however below the dew point condensation will still appear. Can possibly run into slots of memory, cpu and any other connections with highly negative results so exactly like you...
