You can have a 7850 for an extra 60$, I would go with it over the 7770. If you can't spend that much extra, consider the 7790 (:

What about this? Hot air out of the front, PSU will exhaust part of the hot GPU air, might be enough so as not to heat the hdds excessively.
That PSU is quite overkill, 700W should be enough (:
It does look a bit unbalanced, but a positive air pressure does help prevent dust build-up. If there is enough mesh on sides/back, I wouldn't change anything, if not, consider turning the side fan to exhaust. I'm not sure about using the...
