Ive had my Shimian QH270 for awhile now and it looks like its starting to get some heavy ghosting. Am I crazy? I dont remember seeing words smear so much when scrolling.

If you're in warranty, Sapphire will require you to send the whole card back. Otherwise its down to finding a replacement fan from eBay or aftermarket cooling. Sapphire will not send parts.

If I stress a single 7950 [1250/1900:1.187/1.625 vand i7 3820 4.75:1.4v I get a bit over 620W under load, not accounting for inefficiency losses. Its a 600W CM Silent Pro [Bronze] So you're almost certainly fine.
