Not a whole lot of performance difference,
but the 620 is the third Generation of Asetek AIO. The H50 was the first gen.
The build quality of the 620 seems to be a bit better (more flexible tubing, cooling plate)

She's up and running again. While she was down I added the thermo sensors and wired up all eight fans to spin up/down as temperatures require. The difference in noise is amazing!
By far the loudest idle noise is the Antec 620 pump. ...
What is the model number of your GFX card? Can you hear the pump running on your 620?
Other's have resolved issues by remounting their pump (poor contact).
