Are you sure you are changing nothing but the cpu core voltage? Also, what voltage do you have it currently set to? If you bump it up just 1 can you restart? How are you testing your stability? Hopefully we here on OCN can get this...

Since updating to the 13.4 drivers on AMD's website, my windows media player has become unable to play video files... Anyone else seeing this?

Super confused with the billions of drivers out there claiming to be 13.4 whql.... They are all different sizes ranging from 100-200mb, and yet there is no 13.4 on AMD's website, what the hell is going on?

@ OP to mount the front radiator is really simple, XSPC sells a bracket you can use for it, infact I used it in my build of the fractal arc mini, check out the second photo to see what I did. I'd love to help you out if you have any...
