i dont have to uninstall or disable anything. you can if it really bothers you, but it wont change anything/do anything good. it's not like they are interfering with each other. i, for example, use both my onboard and xonar dgx cards....

i would really suggest you save up and get the PC 360. really worth it. and it's not like you are buying headset every month. and they are comfy as hell. if you really can't save up for them or need headphones immediately, buy some...
