Do you think both my graphics cards are messed up? I know it isnt totally impossible but it does seem kind of odd that that would happen.

The temps are fine I recently air dusted my pc so its nice and clean and the temps are ussually like 60-70 and I have the NZXT Hale82 750W Bronze Certified PSU, I think you're right perhaps I don't have enough wattage for all this.
