Jus puted vcore to 1.3, seems to be stable about running 30 mins of orthos. Is temps safe.. idle - 44... Load - 63 max.?

Temps is not an issue have 44 idle, 62 max in load. orthos test failing after few seconds. when was at 3.3 all was stable. FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.4765625, expected less than 0.4 What should i change? Thanks for answers!

I just clocked up to 3.30 ghz and temps idle is 45 and full load is 62 max. Temp did not changed that much i think that i will leave it @3.30 till ill get aftermarket cooler.
