Your idle temps are fine, but I would not plan on increasing your BLCK to 140mhz. These days multiplier overclocking is the way to do it. Either way, BLCK overclocking stresses your cpu more than comparable multiplier overclocking would.

I don't have much experience with IBT so I couldnt really tell you if it stable or not. How long does that take to complete? Your temps are fine for full load.
Welcome to the forums. The first thing I like to do is try to single out what the problem is. Try downclocking and loosening the timings on your RAM. Give a little more voltage to your NB. Hope that helps
