As far as I know CPU throttles when it reaches 105C but I haven't tried it myself. Most likely it will lower the ratio/vcore
Well, in my case WHEA warnings appeared during light load when I set -0.060 offset and LLC on level High. My full load and idle voltages were ok, but apparently when doing less stressful tasks CPU hadn't got enough volts. This issue...

Ok, your RAM is rated at 1.5v but maybe this particular set is not stable at its rated voltage and needs 1.55 (for example).
What is your DRAM Voltage on Crucial set? Looks like both Vcore (idle) and RAM voltage is too low.
Actually "Memory" tab shows the current configuration, not SPD

Quote:Originally Posted by SethA I don't see a field named VID in CPU-Z. Are you asking about core voltage? When idle core voltage hovered around .85 - .9 V, when under test it shot up to 1.2 V and stayed at exactly that value until...
I guess no one knows that because those CPUs have been on the market for a couple of months but if you have Speedstep enabled your CPU is not overclocked when idle.
