Gtx 780 is about 5-10% slower than titan and about $400 cheaper. Might as well choose that

New one's usually are better at power consumption so I would say anything around 850w should be a good minimum mark. You can go with some seasonic 850w or if the price difference isn't much just go with a 1000w so you don't have power...
