The AMD FX 8320 or 8350, because these CPU's are the best for overclocking and there is no room for argument even if your the biggest Intel fanboy in the entire universe, you cant deny that the FX chips are the best it gets for...

With no doubt in my mind the A8 5600k, because by the looks of it you aren't going to buy a dedicated GPU and the integrated graphics on the A8 obliterates the integrated graphics on the i3. Also, because just like what xd_1771 said,...
