I have flashed to the fully unlocked bios however when the computer boots w/ the fully unlocked LN2 bios the screen is so messed up with horizontal lines and totally wrong resolution.....could this be that i have newer card that is not...

Simple question easy answer...i just can recall how to fix this. So i had to reinstall windows 7. I overclocked my cpu but for the life of me i cant remember how to make the overclock only boost to the set overclock when under load....
