It gets to like 70-80 C while gaming. Is the 212 EVO better or worse than the 212+?

I have an i3-2120. I don't know the clock speed but it just is running kind of hot with the stock cooler. I don't over clock and I don't think I can with this CPU anyway. I just want the degrees down like 5-10 C.
