Tried that, no result. But i have noticed that when i plug in a headset that has an inline volume adjuster and i dont put it open all the way, the problem is gone... I found this very odd.

haha ^_^, I ended up with the cherry mx browns btw, love them so far, i think the bump is subtle enough to be noticeable but not bothersome, so I dont regret my decision even tho most i do is Game I got an entire otaku black keyset too...
