Don't get a second one without more vram, the stutter is too much of a pain to justify it.

In the comment section of the video I posted the OP said that he replaced the 7950 shown with a 7970 and still had the issues. I'd still appreciate if another 7950 owner on Catalyst 12.8 with Black Ops could confirm this though.
