ha, yeah, there is also less than a mm clearance i'd say between the first stick of ram too, at first i thought there was no way, but i had to flex the **** out the ram stick to get it in to place and it snapped in luckily! .

i'm having same issue, above steps didn't work for me, neither did stopping and disabling the touch keyboard service in services. i should note that this happens in my win8 vm, and it reappears after resuming form a suspended state....
