Yes, 1.22V is good for 4.5, and those temps are okay also.  Sounds like a good overclock.
At most you are looking at a couple of percent. Nothing to worry over.

Even a 650W PSU will run two GTX 660s and a 3770K.  A 750W is more than enough.  Anything more than that is just overkill and a waste of money.   I'd also consider getting a GTX 670 instead of running SLI 660s. ...
CPUs choke when hardware Physx is forced to run on them.  The normal software-only Physx runs just fine on CPUs.

I think I'm going back to Gigabyte this time around.  I like the look of the UD4H a lot better than the Asus Z87 Plus or Pro.
Different programs and applications put different types and amount of stress on the CPU, so it's not unusual to be stable in some things at a given voltage, but not in others.
