7870 XT Because its cheaper than 660 TI with SAME Or Slightly better performance than 660 Ti (at stock)

as long as you can keep your temperature under 70C, I dont see the reason to NOT Overclock your GPU.

I vote HD 7970 because it's cheaper than 680. Perform a little bit faster at higher resolution compared to 680 due to 384 BIT BUS bandwith.

Maybe GTX 680 Lightning if you can find one, since it's out of stock everywhere...the other option is (IMO) EVGA GTX 680 Signature 2 or GB Windforce 680.

Your budget? but 7950 is best bang for buck now...you will get more performance for the price you pay.
