so still 7790 sir is not a bottleneck on my friends processor right?i will check the price difference of 560Ti and 7750-7770 on his place...but for now definitely the 7790 is having a high price compare to GTX 560Ti...but pls correct me...

yeah...850w is really an overkill and 750 watts is enough and i agree with that...but lets also consider the availability of that Power Supply wattage on the market also.... if you can take the 850 watts with a small price difference...

i can suggest you for around that budget and able to satisfy those need that you stated is better try to look my RIG list for my "WIN your Ultimate Rig list" and this already exactly around the budjet that you needed.......
