I don't have a free windows install disc on me right now, and the only think I undervolted was my CPU (AMD A8-3850) as it runs stable right now, and at 60C without it, but I think that I will just use tighter timings.
I'm getting the readings from my BIOS
I'm currently running Linux Mint 13 x64, I only see a download for windows...
I've undervolted my cpu slightly, and I am running the BIOS out of the box. I'll try amping the volts slightly, and I'll put timings on auto...
I don't have a link handy, but its GSkill Ripjaws X Series 1866, and I know the settings are being saved...
I just tried it, it doesn't seem to make a difference...
The board is the Biostar TA75A+ (AMD F1 Socket), and I've only set the timing, the voltage seems right, but I'll try setting the timings manually...
What do you mean by "XMP", and the board's manual says it supports 1866
Sorry for not being clear, I've tried to manually set it to 1866, but it still runs at 1600
I fixed the problem, I had to enable P-State configuration, and after setting it up, it now works fiine.
