Hi, I've been experiencing really bad ping on all call of duty games. My speedtest.net results are 60mbits down, 10mbits up and ping 10ms. In game i always have a 4 bar but still im getting terrible delay, and i have cable internet....

Can it be that my network has some setting that every network user gets like 3mbits down and like 0.50 mbits up. Other than that i dont really know what it can be, sometimes my game has good ping again on mw2, then i play some black ops...
