What if you put a 45 deg fitting on the 90 deg ( maybe a spacer ) and then just run tubing through the hole.

So after some hunting I found some tygon stuff meant for lawn mowers. it is 5/16th. Needless to say its too big at 7.94 mm OD So I started to shave the tube. Didn't work out too well. Walls became too thin and still wouldnt fit inside...
