Yes, it will work just fine.... the A880GZ was one of Biostar's first AM3+ boards.... Plus, here is the CPU support list: http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=555#cpu .... the FX-8150 is the fourth processor down....
If you're not going to be overclocking that FX-8150, the Biostar A880GZ is a decent little board for 60 bucks....
I have two 2x1GB sets of that particular ram.... although mine have the silver heat spreaders. Send me a PM if you're interested.

Yes, for the memory.... if you're trying to run it at a speed that is faster than it's capable of stable, it can hold back your CPU OC. Plus, you're also running two different brands of memory.... which could make it a little trickier to...
