1.Backup data 2.Run MHDD 3. Run SCAN with option Erase Delays. 4. Run it again but now with Remap option(without erase delays) 5.Run Scan without any aditional option to test if something changed.

I would run MHDD to test how many sectors are damaged and then eventually run erase delays. This fuction "deletes" damaged sectors so that you can't write data on damaged sectors.

One of those "catch the right moment".
