You could save some cash on a different psu. Corsair, rosewill, and kingwin, which is what I have been using flawlessly for at least 3 years, all make decent units for less.
You mentioned in your first post you did a quick format, what about running a full format instead?
Is there a firmware update for your SSD, and are you using the most recent version of the Intel toolbox?
