I have this motherboard. ASRock FM2A75 Pro4 FM2 AMD A75 . And it works great. They also make a mATX version of this motherboard also. But you can prob find an A85X for around the same price also. I would go with the A85X if you can....

I do not overclock, so I do not know, but 1866 is the highest speed ram that the A75 chipset can handle without overclocking. So I am not sure how it works if you get higher than 1866 speed ram.
Just me, but for a bit of extra oomph in games and such, I would get 1866 memory. Like Llano at 1600, Trinity likes to stretch its legs a little more with 1866. Just a suggestion though.
In that case, yes, any processor from Intel or AMD with integrated graphics should do what you need.
