Here is my BIOS template for my Q9550 C1 @ 3.7Ghz, what changes can i make to get to 4.0Ghz stable? I know that i will have to play with the CPU Core voltage and the MCH Core voltage, but i dont know where to go from here. Any help would...

Pretty much everyone in that thread has the E0 stepping though, mine is the C1. I see people hitting 4.0Ghz using like 1.3ish volts. Ive gone all the way to 1.4 and still cant get it anywhere near stable.

Anyone with a Q9550 with C1 stepping and this MB want to share their bios settings for getting to 4.0Ghz stable? I can get to 4003Mhz and load windows, but if i even think about running Orthos i get a BSOD.

Im gonna call this solved. I have my ram now running at 1120Mhz...ran orthos for 3 hours and all tests passed. So i figure if i got this far, i can figure the rest out.

Reading that post you linked. Great info there, but still cant figure out why my memory is being auto-detected much lower than its rated speed.
