Yea 115% TDP is definitely a no go! Very brief FC3 session. Fan nearly at it's max. I wish these BIOS had forced voltage of 1.2v. It seems all voltage control does on these BIOS is affect your maximum boost. Might just be best to keep it...

I still am wondering about how this will affect the lifetime of the card. 107% TDP is above spec, I am able to get about 1250 core (which throttles to 1224 after temps hit 80C). Even with my custom fan curve i'm seeing...

3DMark is an awful stability test, and IMO so is Heaven/Valley. FarCry 3 will crash for me within minutes but I can run Heaven/Valley all day long. You have to test the GPU in many different apps/games before you can see it's stability....

This isn't really about piracy or even CP/predators. This is targeting terrorist. They are bypassing warrants for extreme cases that could pose 9/11 type threats. Or am I reading this wrong?

Most 3770ks with get about 4.5GHz regardless of air/water cooling and not much higher. There's too much leakage unless you get a good chip. Your temps will start spiking (on any air/water cooling setup) to insane temps, and soon or later...
